Because when you invest in quality, you shouldn’t have to replace it every year.
If your stamp stops working as intended due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s Covered in the Luxe Lifetime Guarantee for the Core Stamp Collection?
Our Luxe Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and mechanical faults under normal classroom use.
If your stamp experiences:
- A mechanical failure
- A structural fault
- A manufacturing defect that affects performance
We will assess the issue and repair or replace the stamp.
If the original design is no longer available, we will provide the closest available equivalent.
What’s Not Covered in the Luxe Lifetime Guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Accidental damage
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by misuse or modification
All claims are assessed at the discretion of Luxe Learning Hub.
What Does “Lifetime” Mean?
“Lifetime” refers to the functional lifetime of the stamp under normal classroom use.
Our stamps are designed to withstand the daily demands of marking, feedback, and classroom routines.
Who Can Claim the Guarantee?
The Luxe Lifetime Guarantee applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
If the stamp was gifted, the recipient may claim the guarantee if the original proof of purchase is available.
The guarantee does not apply to items purchased second-hand.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your stamp has a manufacturing fault:
- Email hello@luxelearninghub.com.au
- Include your proof of purchase
- Provide photos or a short video showing the issue
Our team will review the claim and guide you through the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping of the defective item. If the claim is approved, Luxe Learning Hub will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.
