Processing Time

All custom orders are lovingly made to order and have a turnaround time of up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe allows us to ensure quality and attention to detail in every custom piece.

Shipping Policies & Timelines 

International Shipping: 

We proudly offer international shipping. Just place your order as usual, and at checkout, select your country and preferred shipping option. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and the carrier selected.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

Shipping times within Australia may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Below are general guidelines to help you plan your purchase:

Standard Shipping (Flat Rate $8):
Most cost-effective option. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping (Flat Rate $15):
For faster delivery. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days.

Orders over $100 AUD qualify for FREE standard shipping within Australia.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Order Turnaround Time:

Please note: All custom orders have a processing time of up to 7 business days before dispatch. If your order includes custom & ready-to-ship item/s, they will be shipped together. 

Delivery Delays:

While we aim to deliver your orders promptly, please be aware that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather events, or carrier delays.
